A carefully crafted revamp for this heritage listed home. A home with a view, the front yard overlooks the lush greenery of the Geelong botanical gardens, whilst the back of the home is designed around 10 meter tall feature palm tree, embracing the environment of its surrounding on the Geelong waterfront.

Restoration to the existing façade of weather boards and timber shingles maintain the original character of the home, seamlessly blending in with the double storey addition paying homage to the existing charm and character its always had throughout its lifetime.

Polished hardwood flooring, Ceaser stone benchtops and splashbacks, with the addition of luxury tiles contemporise the feel of this once aged beauty.
