FAIRHAVEN
Fairhaven House - A Coastal Home Designed to Belong.
Perched above Fairhaven SLSC, Fairhaven House is a bespoke double-storey coastal residence designed to capture uninterrupted ocean views spanning from Lorne to the Aireys Inlet light house all while sitting gently within its natural landscape. Carefully oriented living spaces frame sweeping vistas across the coastline, including views to the Aireys Inlet Lighthouse, allowing the surrounding environment to shape everyday living.
A refined material palette of spotted gum timber cladding and bagged brick creates warmth and texture, seamlessly connecting interior and exterior spaces. Floor-to-ceiling timber windows and doors flood the home with natural light, while timber-lined ceilings, engineered timber flooring, and a wood fireplace establish a relaxed yet sophisticated coastal atmosphere.
Designed as a four-bedroom retreat with custom bunk rooms designed to comfortably host multiple guests, the home balances functionality with lifestyle. Outdoor living is central to the design, with crazy paving landscaping, a circular fire pit, and a kitchen servery opening to the alfresco deck area for effortless entertaining.
Fairhaven House is a home grounded in place, contemporary, timeless, and deeply connected to the coast.
