SANDCASTLE
Sandcastle is a refined interpretation of modern Spanish architecture, shaped by soft curves, layered textures, and a deep connection to light, landscape, and wellbeing. The sculptural façade creates an immediate sense of arrival, where an arched tunnel entry guides visitors across stepping stones and through lush planting, establishing a calm, almost meditative first impression.
Inside, the home unfolds as a sensory journey defined by softness, light, and flow. A circular window seat anchors the entry, framed by floor-to-ceiling timber windows, while curved ceiling forms draw natural light down from a skylight above, creating a quiet moment of pause and reflection. Continuous floor paving moves seamlessly down the hallway towards the living spaces to alfresco zones, reinforcing effortless indoor–outdoor living and a feeling of openness throughout.
At the heart of the home lies a spacious meditation room, a tranquil sanctuary designed for stillness and restoration. Framed by elegant timber archways and softened by rust-toned sheer drapery, the soaring sculptural ceiling funnels light downward, creating a serene, grounding atmosphere that encourages mindfulness and calm.
Three ensuite bedrooms provide private retreats, while open-plan living connects to a north-facing courtyard and alfresco spaces. Outdoors, a curved tiled pool and elevated waterfall spa create a dreamlike retreat, where reflective water, gentle movement, and natural landscaping enhance the home’s sense of tranquillity and escape.
Rich timbers, hand-glazed terracotta, textured stucco, and warm ambient lighting combine to create a home that feels peaceful, immersive, and deeply restorative, a sanctuary designed for slow living and everyday balance.
